Cancelation Policy

We do understand busy work schedules and changes in plans. We are happy to reschedule your appointment time with 24 hours notice. There is a button in your confirmation e-mail and your reminder e-mails to help you do this on your own with just a couple of clicks.

Cancelations and rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $40 per appointment slot you had reserved. For very big and hairy dogs that take a double time slot you will receive an invoice for a double appointment.

We understand that unexpected events happen. However, we hope you understand and respect our team members time and livelihoods.

Dropping off more than 15 minutes passed your appointment time is a missed appointment.

Retouch + Refund Policy

We do our best to ensure every pet receives the best grooming care to the owner’s satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with something about your pup’s groom, let us know within 48 hours of your visit. We are happy to schedule a re-touch with your stylist as soon as possible at no additional charge. Keep in mind we cannot put hair back on and we do not refund grooming services.

Vaccination Policy

All dogs attending our facility must be up to date on DHPP and Rabies vaccinations. Bordetella is recommended. Puppies should be started early with grooming, but not before being vaccinated fully. If you have questions about your pet’s health or vaccination, you should speak with your veterinary professional.

Pick-up & Drop-off Policy

We carefully schedule our days so pets flow in and out of our salon with the least amount of waiting around before or after their appointments.

For drop-off aim to be 5 minutes early or right on time.

For pick-up we expect you to be able to pick up within 20 minutes of your pup being ready. Owners driving in from outside of Leduc we are happy to give you a heads up with an estimated time when your dog is almost done.

Dogs who are left after we close or dogs whose owners we cannot get in contact with may be checked in at a boarding facility or kept under supervision at our facility for a fee at the discretion of your stylist. Owners will be responsible for any and all additional costs for stylist time, transportation and boarding.
